CheerUpple (“the App,” “we,” “our”) is an offline motivational timer that speaks uplifting phrases. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII).
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- No account creation
- No names, email addresses, or phone numbers
- No recordings, photos, or location data
- No in-app purchases or sign-in services
3. Third-Party Advertising
The App displays banner ads provided by Google AdMob.
AdMob may automatically receive device information (e.g., Advertising Identifier, IP address) to select and measure ads. We do not control or store this data.

Ad personalization control
You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:
- iOS → Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
- Android → Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID / Opt-out
4. Children’s Privacy
CheerUpple is rated 4+ on the App Store and is not directed toward children under 13. No child-specific data is knowingly collected.
5. Security
Because the App does not transmit user data to our servers, typical data-breach risks are minimized. Network traffic is limited to ad requests made directly to Google AdMob over HTTPS.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this document to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Effective Date” at the top will be revised accordingly.

1. 概要
CheerUpple/言霊さん（以下「当アプリ」）は、名前を呼んで励ます音声タイマーです。当アプリは 個人を特定できる情報（PII）を一切収集・保存・送信しません。
2. 収集しない情報
- アカウント登録不要
- 氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの取得なし
- 音声録音・写真・位置情報の取得なし
- サインイン機能・課金機能なし
3. 第三者広告について
当アプリは Google AdMob のバナー広告を表示します。
広告選定・計測のために、AdMob は端末識別子（Advertising ID など）や IP アドレス等を自動取得する場合があります。当アプリ側でこれらのデータを保持・管理することはありません。

パーソナライズ広告の無効化
- iOS：設定 > プライバシーとセキュリティ > Apple Advertising
- Android：設定 > Google > 広告 > 広告IDを削除／オプトアウト
4. 13歳未満の児童
当アプリは App Store レーティング「4+」対象ですが、13歳未満の児童を主な対象とはしておりません。児童から意図的に個人情報を取得することはありません。
5. セキュリティ
ユーザーデータをサーバーに送信しないため、一般的なデータ漏えいリスクは最小限です。ネットワーク通信は HTTPS による広告リクエストのみです。
6. ポリシーの変更
運営上または法令上の理由により、本ポリシーを改定する場合があります。改定時には冒頭の「施行日」を更新します。
